Solus expands UK facilities as growth continues

2018 was a significant year for Solus with the launch of two new products into the Solus One range. Solus One Salmonella is certified by the AOAC Performance Tested Method (PTM) program certificate # 101801 for the detection of Salmonella and is validated to ISO 16140 and approved for use by AFNOR, certificate number: SOL 37/04-12/18. Solus One Listeria is certified by the AOAC Performance Tested Method (PTM) program certificate # 051802 for the detection of Listeria.

In 2018 we also opened a new facility in the USA to enable us to better serve our growing US customer base. Because of the product launches, growing sales volumes and increased market penetration, 2018 was a record year for Solus.

As a result of the rapid international growth, we have embarked on a program of further investment and expansion of the facilities at our Mansfield headquarters to ensure that we are able to maintain the high levels of customer service that we have become known for. This will include expanded production and warehouse capacity.

We’ve also had a bit of a face lift in the service department, optimizing the organisation of the working space which will help the team meet the increasing demands on their time.
