Solus Scientific™ has developed a low cost Flash Luminescence Plate Reader for use with its inovative rapid test assays. The EasyPlate (tm) makes testing for Salmonella and other food-bourne pathogens a fast and straightforward process. Controlled over a USB connection by a laptop or PC, the EasyPlate graphical interface makes configuring tests easy. Currently under development is a fully automated flash luminescence module which can be retrofitted to existing automatic testing machines. This will give customers the opportunity to transfer existing ELISA testing procedures to the Solus assay whilst still maintaining a fully automated test process using existing equipment.
